Tonights outing was rained out just as it was starting. Thanks again
to Randy Kirchberg and Buckhannon CC for allowing us to play this
year. Our next outing is Saturday at Stonewall. Please be at course
around 1pm. Remind the new players that you must have a collar on your
shirt, no blue jeans and softspikes in shoes. We have 5 spots still
open if anyone is interested, just give me a call or email me.

Reminder that our September 27 outing at Riverbend has been changed to
Sunday September 30 at 1:30pm. We plan to play a team competition that
day with the Ryder Cup Matches going on that weekend. It will be Team
Hinkle vs. Team Zickefoose. Jeff and I will choose teams for the Match
Play format that day. Please plan to join us for this fun and
different format.

The October 12 outing at Clarksburg CC is currently open for signups.
We plan to meet at 11am and tee off at high noon that day. The cost is
$39 per player. The deadline is Thursday October 4 at 9pm to enter.

The final outing of the year on Sunday October 28 at Riverbend will be
a Par 3 event like last year. We will give away 9-$25 gift cards for
the closest to the pin on each hole. If anyone gets a hole in one they
will win all 9 cards (YES like Ron Lamb last year). Please mark your
calendars and plan to join us.
