Riverbend 5/27/2011 Outing Results and upcoming info
Blessings to all on this Friday. Thanks to all who made it out yesterday for the outing despite threatening weather. Thanks be to God for allowing us to finish before the rain began. Here are the results:

The outing on Sunday was full last night with 40 players.
I am going to be on a trip during June and will miss the 2 outings at Riverbend and the outing at Stonewall. Here is the schedule for June and person that will be in charge while I am gone.
Thursday June 9 at Riverbend 5:00 (Ron Lamb collect fees/hopefully Beryl devotions)
Thursday June 23 at Riverbend 5:00 (Ron Lamb collect fees/Jeff Zickefoose devotions)
Sunday June 26 at Stonewall Resort 1:45 devotions, 2:30 shotgun start (Contact person will be Phil Austin to sign up Call by clicking the button (if visible) at the bottom of the post, email no_email or signup online at www.cgawv.org. Deadline to enter is Sunday June 19 at 9:00pm. (Jeff Zickefoose will lead devotions)
We have added an outing at Preston County CC for Thursday June 30. The cost will be $24 if we get at least 16 players ($28 if not). We plan to meet their at 10:30-11:00 have a picnic lunch and do devotions and prayer, are tee times are from 12:00-12:30. You can sign up for this with Phil also. The deadline is Wednesday June 22 at 9:00pm. I will be back on the 27th and plan to go to Preston CC on the 30th.
As you play your matches please let me know the results. We made 2 decisions concerning the match play at our meeting last night. First, the rating you started with is what you must play with for this season (no changes). Second if a match can not be played during a certain month the 2 players should try to get it in sometime before October.
