Good evening CGA friends. At our first planning meeting we discussed doing
1 overnight trip this year. I ask Bob Kincaid to check into Pipestem Resort
and he has scheduled it for us on Thursday July 25-Friday July 26. He has
reserved us 4 tee times each day (16 players). If you have the WV VIP Card
it is $28 to golf each day. The room rate is $122 for the Mt. Creek Lodge
(ride down by the tram) or $133.28 for the main lodge (McKeavor). These
rates could be split by 2 golfers. If you are interested in going send me a
email to get on the list. You should make your own room reservation
(1-304-466-1800). The schedule would be the following:

Thursday July 25 we have a noon starting time. We also could play the Par 3
Course in the evening.

Friday July 26 we have a 8:30a starting time.

Thanks to Bob for getting this set. Hope you can join us. If we need extra
tee times we can get back with them later. If we do not get a good response
we can also cancel if necessary.
