God Bless and good day to you all on this Tuesday March 6. This Sunday the CGA officers will be meeting at 1:30pm to get things together for the preseason meeting on Sunday March 25 at 2:00pm at Riverbend Golf Course. I have been advertising this meeting as much as possible in various ways. I am going to rely on all of you to have this announced at each of your own churches. Please plan to attend the preseason meeting to find out about this years plans and schedule. We have some new ideas and thoughts to bring out. We need sponsors for each of our outings. An 18 hole outing is $50 to sponsor, a 9 hole is $25. We have sponsors so far for our first 2 outings on April 12 at Bel Meadows and April 21 at Stonewall Resort.

Memberships will be the same for 2012 ($5 to renew or $10 for a new member). At the preseason meeting on the 25th we will give away a Greenbrier Classic Package to one blessed individual. That person must be present and have joined the CGA for the 2012 season to win.

If the weather cooperates on the 25th, please plan to stay after and play 9 holes of golf to tip off the new season.

We are also planning a trip to Fancy Gap VA from June 19-21. Anyone interested will need to pay $50 down by April 12. The remaining balance will be due by the first of June. We have 6 people signed up so far for this trip.
