Fwd: CGA Stonewall outing-CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER
Dear friends. After speaking with golf course and looking at forecast for rest of day. We feel it is best to cancel today's outing at Stonewall Resort. We are under a flash flood watch until midnight.
I have 8 players interested in golfing at Franklin on Friday October 12th at 1:30p. I am going to attempt to schedule this outing and I will let you know this weekend.

Good day CGA friends. Please continue to pray for Bob Mills this day on the recovery from his knee replacement surgery.
We play tomorrow evening at Stonewall Resort with a 4:30p tee time. Please arrive around 4pm to get ready and have devotions. With all the rain we have had this week I would assume a cart path only policy will be in effect. If this is a concern for you please call the course tomorrow to check.
Also, there is a chance of afternoon rain tomorrow. If I decide to cancel things I will send out an email by 3pm. Please check your emails if there is any question. I will also call the course by 3pm if cancelling is the decision.
If you want to play at Franklin on Friday October 12th at 1:30p please let me know by tomorrow evening. So far I have the following down:

Good evening CGA friends. We play at Stonewall Resort this coming Thursday September 27th. The starting time has been moved up to 4:30p (so please arrive around 4pm).
Also, I have heard from 7 people so far about playing at Franklin on Friday October 12th at 1:30p. If you would like to join us I need to know by this Thursday at Stonewall.

A nice day for golf. We had 10 take part in today's outing at Bel Meadows. Here are the results:

Next week we play at Stonewall Resort on Thursday the 27th. The starting time has been MOVED UP to 4:30p. Please arrive around 4pm so we can start at 4:30p. This is the last outing in September.
We have 2 outings in October to complete the 2018 schedule.

Sunday October 21 at Bel Meadows at 2p
Our annual Christmas dinner is Friday December 7th at 6pm at Audrey's in Buckhannon.

Good Monday evening. Our next outing is this Thursday September 13th at Deerfield CC. Please arrive by 5pm so we can start and be finished by dark. Clay will be in charge this week. I have a church event to attend to. There were some questions about Deerfield CC being closed. According to what Harry Grose and I have found out the course is still open this week and is still in playable condition. Hope you can join Clay for this outing.
