Good evening CGA family. Our next outing is this Saturday, July 13th at Glenville. It was added after the original schedule was passed out. If you still want to play on Saturday, please arrive by 8:30a so we can get things going by 9a or so. We are playing 27 holes of play your own ball. We will be playing 9 holes from each set of tees.
We also play at Elkins on Monday the 15th. Please arrive by 2p for the 18 hole play your own ball outing.
Next Thursday the 18th we play at Alpine Lake. Please arrive by 10a. Our tee times start at 11a. At this time we have room for 5 golfers. Let me know by Saturday if you want added to the list. The following are scheduled for Alpine Lake:

As we approach the halfway point of the 2019 CGA golf season. I wanted to thank all of you for being a part of the CGA Ministry. We have played every outing so far this year on our schedule. Our next outing is tomorrow Thursday July 11th at Bel Meadows. Please arrive by 3:30p and we are playing scramble format. The weather forecast is 80% chance of PM thunderstorms. Check your emails before leaving home for the course.
We also play this Saturday at Glenville. Please plan to arrive by 8:30a so we can get started by 9a. We are playing 27 holes of play your own ball (9 holes from red tees, 9 from white and 9 from blue). We have the following scheduled:

Fwd: CGA Par 3
CGA members. Every year we have a Par 3 outing. This year it is Tuesday July 30 at Apple Valley near Fairmont. We will give away prizes over the 9 hole Par 3 outing. We picked Apple Valley because they turn their course into a Par 3 every Tuesday evening starting at 5:30p. That day we will play a regular outing starting around noon at Apple Valley and then play the Par 3 starting around 5:30p. Mark your calendars. Come out and join us.

Good day all. We are playing at Deerfield CC today. Please arrive by 3pm for the 18 hole scramble outing.
The outing at Canaan Valley is still a go for tomorrrow. The cart path rule will be cart path only at least for 2 or 3 days. The lady at the golf course said that Route 33 is open between Buckhannon and Canaan Valley. So please plan to arrive by 10a in the morning. I have the following on the list to play:

CGA Outing change for tomorrow
Dear CGA golf friends. I have not received any confirmation about golf at
Buckhannon CC tomorrow. The issue is someone to get us carts. So I am
switching the outing tomorrow to Deerfield CC. We will still meet at 3pm
for devotions and prayer and start play after that. I have already checked
with Deerfield CC and they are good with us playing there tomorrow.
Also, the Canaan Valley outing on Tuesday is also in question due to heavy
rains they received last night. The course is closed today and they said to
check with them tomorrow. Also, I received and email from Jim Wagoner
saying some roads have washed out between Elkins and Harmon. When talking
with Deerfield CC they said we could also play there on Tuesday if we wish.
I know for sure that if we do play at Canaan on Tuesday it will be cart
path only. That may effect some of you playing.
I will see some of you tomorrow at Deerfield CC around 3pm. We will play 18
holes scramble format.
